Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Salman Stores Wholesale (https://wholesale.salmanstores.com). By registering, accessing, or placing an order, you (“the Buyer”) agree to comply with these Terms. Salman Stores (“we”, “our”, “us”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the website.
2. Eligibility
- This platform is for *business buyers, retailers, and resellers*.
- We may request business details such as trade license, VAT number, or other proof before account approval.
- Salman Stores reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Orders & Processing
- All orders follow a *quotation → approval → Local Purchase Order (LPO) → confirmation* process.
- Pricing, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and lead times will be defined on a per-product or per-order basis.
- An order becomes legally binding once both parties confirm it in writing (via the platform, LPO, or email confirmation).
4. Payment
Accepted methods include:
- *Bank Transfer*
- *Credit/Debit Cards*
- *Cash on Delivery (Muscat only, subject to approval)*
- *Credit terms / post-dated cheques* (available to approved clients only)
- All payments must be made as per the terms agreed in the quotation or invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of future deliveries.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on *order volume, availability, and logistics arrangements*.
- Standard estimates — post order processing:
- *Muscat Region*: 1–2 Days
- *Other Governorates*: 3–7 Days (subject to logistics)
- Large bulk orders may require additional lead time for processing, inspection, and packing.
- Shipping costs are calculated per order and confirmed in advance.
- Risk of goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Wholesale transactions are generally *final sale*.
- Any exceptions must be agreed upon in the *sales contract, invoice, or purchase agreement*.
- Damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within the agreed inspection period (usually *48 hours of receipt*).
- Remedies (replacement, credit, refund) will be determined on a *case-by-case basis*.
7. Compliance & Regulations
- All transactions are subject to the *laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman*.
- Buyers are responsible for compliance with all the obligations where applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Salman Stores shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or purchase of goods.
- Liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased under the disputed order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by *logistics partners, force majeure events, or regulatory restrictions*.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, product descriptions, images, and trademarks on this platform remain the property of Salman Stores or its licensors.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the *laws of Oman*.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the *competent courts of Oman*.
